Snow & Ice Removal

All business and property owners in the City of Latrobe are responsible for removing snow and ice from sidewalks in front of and alongside their property to create at least a pathway for safe passage of emergency personnel if needed as well as for mail, and newspaper delivery.Snow cannot be placed on the street but may be piled onto curbs and planter strip areas.  As always, persons who suffer from heart or other medical conditions should refrain from performing the removal themselves.
