Latrobe is a home-rule City with a budget of $5 million and 40 full time employees.
City operations include Public Works Department, Administration, Planning and Development, Tax Office, and Police Department.
Candidates must have a minimum five years management experience. Degree in public administration or equivalent experience desired. Strong interpersonal, communication, financial planning, budgeting, economic development, grant procurement, and technology skills required.

- Director of Public Works –
Seeking candidates for Director of Public Works. This position performs administrative and technical work in the administration, planning, coordination, and supervision of the activities of the
Department of Public Works.
Responsible to manage people, finances, and other necessary resources to meet existing needs of the City.
Candidates must have a minimum of (5) five years’ experience in Public Works or have equivalent experience in Heavy Highway road construction.
Position requires you to reside within (10) air miles of the City or relocate within (6) months. Must be willing to be on call and have the ability to work in inclement weather.
