How to Use Pango
To enjoy all the benefits of parking with Pango, customers must first sign-up for the service.
How to Sign Up
Customers can Sign Up for Pango free of charge by using one of the following options:
- Website: Visit www.myPango.com and choose the Sign Up buttons.
- Smartphone: Download the Pango mobile app (iPhone, Blackberry, and Android) and Sign Up.
- Phone: Call toll-free 1-877-myPango (1-877-697-2646) from any mobile phone capable of receiving text messages and follow the instructions.
Once signed up, Pango customers can immediately start a session by one of the following options:
- Smartphone: Use the Pango mobile app installed on your smartphone.
- Phone: Call toll free 1-877-myPango (1-877-697-2646) from any phone and follow the prompts.
- Text: Send a text message to (410) 779-3311 with the following “start [city] zone [zone] car [tag #]”; to stop the parking session, send the word “stop” to (410) 779-3311.
- Website: Visit www.myPango.com, Sign In to your personal account and park your car.
On-Street Parking and Open Surface Lots with Pango, you can start and stop a parking session right from your mobile phone, from the comfort of your vehicle, without the hassle of dealing with a parking meter or loose change.

Gated Surface Lots and Garages
